Privacy Policy

Pilot 360 is a workplace app for helicopter operators and their staff, not a consumer service. Each operator's data is kept separate. The app is provided by Rent a Website Ltd (New Zealand); your operator controls what is recorded and is your first point of contact about it.

• Account details. The name, email address, and role used to sign in.
• Work records. Information entered by your operator's team, such as flights, jobs, maintenance, hazards, weather readings, and client contact details.
• Photos and signatures. Photos and signatures attached to records. Camera and photo permission is only requested when you use those features.
• Location. Only when you tap to pull current weather conditions onto a job. Your coordinates are sent to a weather service so the reading is for where you actually are, and are not saved to the record or used to track you. Only the weather values come back and are stored. If you decline, the app uses your operator's region instead and says so on the reading.
• Crash and error diagnostics. If the app crashes or hits an error, a technical report is sent to a third-party diagnostics service so problems can be found and fixed. This is not used for advertising or tracking and is not linked to your identity.

The app has no analytics, advertising, or tracking. It never follows your location in the background, and never asks for it except at the moment you pull weather onto a job.

Only to run your operator's business. Data is not sold and not used for marketing.

Service providers that host and process data on the operator's behalf (cloud hosting, data sync, weather lookups, crash diagnostics, and the operator's accounting system if invoicing is used), and otherwise only where required by law.

Securely hosted in Australia.

Records are kept for as long as the operator needs them. Nothing is deleted automatically.

To see, correct, or delete personal information held about you, contact your operator's administrator, or email us and we will pass the request on.

Data is encrypted in transit, and access is controlled by your account and role.

Not directed at or intended for anyone under 16.
